RETURNS POLICY

Todos os clientes têm o direito à devolução.
Em conformidade com o artigo 6.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 143/2001, de 26 de Abril , o cliente dispõe de um prazo de 14 dias para resolver o contrato sem pagamento de indemnização e sem necessidade de indicar o motivo, prazo que se conta a partir do dia da recepção da encomenda pelo cliente.
If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with an order, the item may be returned within 14 days for a size exchange or a refund.
All delivery costs will be paid by the user.

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
  • O utilizador deve enviar-nos um email no prazo de 14 dias, a contar da data de entrega, e indicar o Nº. DA ENCOMENDA, CÓDIGO DO PRODUTO e MOTIVO DA DEVOLUÇÃO.
  • Quaisquer direitos aduaneiros, impostos ou encargos adicionais que o utilizador possa ter, não serão reembolsados por nós.
  • Em caso de devolução do todo ou parte da encomenda, faremos o estorno do valor pago pelo utilizador (excluindo os custos de transporte).

O utilizador poderá optar entre duas formas de compensação.

REFUND

Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted.
For orders paid for by credit card, the refund will appear on the customer’s credit card statement within approximately 10 days, or on the next credit card statement. The processing time may vary depending on the credit card provider.
The amount of orders paid for via PayPal will be refunded to the original account.
For refunds to other EU countries, the VAT amount will also be refunded.
Returns and exchanges must arrive at our premises within 10 days of dispatch and must comply with the following conditions:

  • Os artigos deverão ser devolvidos com todas as etiquetas originais, embalagens e outros acessórios enviados juntamente com a encomenda.
  • As devoluções deverão ser empacotadas na caixa original.
  • No caso de artigos com defeito ou mercadoria incorreta, o utilizador deverá seguir as instruções acima indicadas.
  • Não aceitamos a devolução de artigos que não respeitem os procedimentos dos termos e condições das políticas de devolução. Tais artigos serão devolvidos ao remetente, para o endereço do envio original, a expensas do utilizador.
EXCHANGE

Items may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value (if you choose an item of greater value, you will receive an email with details on how to pay the difference).
Caso se trate de uma troca, não cobramos custos adicionais pela expedição do novo artigo.
As soon as the items to be exchanged have been received and checked, the new item will be dispatched straight away.
As with returns, any customs duties, taxes or additional costs that the user may incur will not be refunded by us in the event of an exchange.

DAMAGE CAUSED DURING TRANSPORT / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the items were already faulty at the time of delivery to the customer.
We go to great lengths to carefully check all items for any defects before dispatching them.
We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of faulty items or incorrectly dispatched goods before authorising a return, for the purposes of refunding delivery costs and import duties.
All items returned as faulty will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt, and any items showing signs of normal wear and tear will not be considered faulty.
Items found to be faulty will be exchanged for an identical item, subject to availability.
If you do not wish to receive a replacement item, please make this request by email.
Requests to return faulty items must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds for faulty items will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned items.
If it is not possible to replace the faulty item, we will refund the amount paid via the original payment method, for the same amount paid by the user.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF SALE ITEMS

All sales of clearance items (items at a reduced price) are final.
It will not be possible to return or exchange items purchased on credit; the terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds and exchanges do not apply.
