Pad Ultra Heavy Cut 30/40mm

Ultra Heavy Cut – The most aggressive foam polishing pad in our range, made from the hardest foam for exceptional cutting power.

Designed for extreme paint correction, it effectively removes deep scratches, heavy opacity and intense holograms. The enlarged, open-cell foam structure improves heat dissipation, minimising the risk of the surface overheating and ensuring stable, consistent cutting performance throughout the polishing process.
Due to its aggressive nature, it is best suited to a two- or three-stage paint correction process — after the first stage, it is recommended to use a soft foam polishing pad with a finishing compound to achieve maximum shine.

The trapezoidal shape of the pad, combined with a rigid reinforcement layer beneath the Velcro, ensures maximum stability during use, whilst the angled edge facilitates access to hard-to-reach areas.
A central hole improves ventilation of the backing plate, reducing the risk of overheating and preventing the accumulation and crystallisation of polishing particles in the centre of the pad.
